Our hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Our therapists use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body to promote relaxation.

Thai Massage (with Oil)

 This massage combines stretching movements and acupressure techniques. The therapist uses hands and feet and ultimately his/her whole body to knead and press the stiff and knotted muscles. This massage uses medium to hard pressure. 

Deep Tissue Massage

 Deep tissue massage targets deeper muscle tension far below the body's surface. Chronic muscle tension or injury usually creates adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation. To help relieve that adhesion and restore normal movement, the therapist incorporates medium to hard pressure on the muscles. 


Pregnancy Massage
